Roadside assistance is a necessity that all fleet managers or transport operators cannot do without. Isuzu Trucks have offered this service for many years.

 

Recently we revised the concept and we are now able to offer you 24 hours and 365 days of support via our Customer Support Centre. At any one time you will speak to one of four call centre agents ensuring that you do not go from pillar to post, providing a personalised service offering.

 

Roadside Assistance is available on all vehicles 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. This means we will arrange either a technician to repair your vehicle on the side of the road or a tow operator to take your vehicle to the nearest Dealership to be repaired.

 

In order to ensure that you receive the correct service, which means getting your vehicle back on the road as quickly and efficiently as possible, we will conduct a conference call with your driver or your fleet manager and with the nearest Dealer’s technician and our call centre agent. Once the decision has been made, our agent will follow your case until it has been solved to your satisfaction.

 

If your vehicle is within warranty, you will receive this service free of charge.  

 

Customer Concerns are taken very seriously and our Customer Support Centre strives to resolve the situation to everyone’s satisfaction. In order to deliver the best service levels possible, we record all calls and these are then used for quality control on an ongoing basis.
